We buy nothing and resell nothing
We never take title to product. We order and pay on your behalf as your agent, and the price you're charged is the price we're charged.
Payment settles to your own merchant account
Your account, in your practice's name. Patient payments are yours from the moment they're taken.
Every invoice line is traceable
Pharmacy invoice lines carry the prescriber and match the charge on your account. The right to audit is written into the agreement.
What we don't charge
Seven things you'll never see on your bill.
No percentage of anything
Not of your product cost, your patient revenue, or your transaction value. Every fee is flat, set before you sign.
No markup on product, labs, shipping or supplies
All of it passes through at the price we're charged, on separate invoice lines.
No per-user or per-provider pricing
Hire someone and your bill doesn't change.
No patient-facing fees
We add nothing to what your patient pays. Card processing is billed by your processor, at their rates.
No vendor money, in any form
No rebate, commission, admin fee, marketing allowance or sponsorship from any pharmacy, lab, manufacturer, distributor or GPO. We pay for group purchasing access ourselves.
No charge to leave with your own data
Patients, charts, order history — exported in full, free, whenever you ask.
No preferred pharmacy
Where an order goes is decided by your prescriber, state licensure and availability — never by what it costs us.
About pass-through. Product, prescription, laboratory, shipping and supply costs are passed through at the price Lumify is charged, with no markup. Lumify does not take title to, hold, dispense or resell prescription product. Ordering and payment are performed as your practice's agent under your management services agreement.
