EMR, booking, patient portal, point of sale, messaging and marketing — plus negotiated pricing on everything you buy, passed through at cost. No markup. No commissions. No rebates from any vendor.
We buy for the whole network and pass the price through untouched. No markup, not a cent.
Everyone else charges per user or per provider. Hire three injectors and their bill goes up. Yours doesn't.
No rebate, commission, admin fee or advertising from any pharmacy, lab, manufacturer, distributor or GPO. We have turned it down when it was offered.
Flat, per practice. Not per user, not per provider, not a percentage of anything.
Growth is $499 / mo and replaces a typical $1,118 / mo stack — separate EMR, booking/POS and email/SMS marketing tools, run as three systems today.

|---|---|
| EMR, per provider | $447 |
| Booking, POS and client platform | $421 |

Unlimited staff users on every plan — hire someone and your bill doesn't change.
Everything below is here if you want it — the full platform, fees, how the money moves, and the legal fine print.
Optional add-on. Each isolated location gets its own users, payment methods, and reporting. Adds to your monthly total when selected.
On orders that ship, add $10 order handling and shipping at cost — supplies and labs are usually free above the vendor minimum, and pharmacy cold chain runs about $20 overnight. The same rate whichever pharmacy fills it.

Worth understanding, because it's why the pricing looks the way it does.
The prescription is written by your prescriber and lives in the pharmacy's system under their name. We are never in the clinical relationship.
We never take title to product. We order and pay on your behalf as your agent, at the negotiated price, and the price you're charged is the price we're charged.
Your account, in your practice's name. Patient payments are yours from the moment they're taken.
Pharmacy invoice lines carry the prescriber and match the charge on your account. You can audit the pass-through yourself, any time, and the right to do so is written into the agreement.
Not of your product cost, your patient revenue, or your transaction value. Every fee here is a flat amount, set before you sign.
All of it passes through at the price we are charged. Your invoice shows separate lines, and pharmacy invoice lines carry the prescriber so you can match them yourself.
Hire someone and your bill doesn't change. Unlimited staff users on every plan.
We add nothing to what your patient pays. Card processing is billed by your processor directly, at their rates, to your account.
We accept no rebate, commission, administrative fee, marketing allowance, sponsorship or advertising revenue from any pharmacy, laboratory, manufacturer, distributor or group purchasing organization. We have declined it when it was offered.
Group purchasing organizations are normally paid by the vendors whose contracts they hold, and normally share some of that back. Ours pays us nothing. We pay for the access ourselves and pass the resulting pricing through in full.
We are pharmacy agnostic and have no financial reason to prefer one over another. Pharmacies not licensed in your patient's state are filtered out automatically.
About Lumify. Lumify is a management services organization. It does not practice medicine, provide medical or clinical services, employ or supervise prescribers, or direct clinical decisions. All clinical care, prescribing and treatment decisions are made solely by licensed practitioners. Lumify holds no ownership or management interest in any clinical practice it serves, and none in the professional corporation through which good faith exams and consults are provided.
About good faith exams and consults. Good faith exams, consultations and any resulting prescribing decisions are performed by licensed prescribers of an independent, physician-owned professional corporation, which contracts with and bills the practice directly. Those prescribers exercise independent clinical judgment and may decline to prescribe. No exam, consultation or platform fee is a payment for a prescription, and nothing on this page should be read as a representation that any particular treatment will be prescribed or dispensed. Lumify receives no part of the clinical fee, employs no prescriber, and is not a party to the clinical relationship. Availability depends on prescriber licensure in the patient's state.
About these prices. Current as of September 2026 and subject to change. Not an offer, a quote, or a contract. Comparison figures for other platforms are drawn from their published pricing and are illustrative of a typical three-provider practice; your own costs will differ. Final pricing and terms are set out in your management services agreement.
About savings figures. Any savings figure we show is measured against your own prior pricing, taken from your invoices and normalized to a common unit, and measured across your whole basket rather than item by item — some items price above your prior cost and some below, and the figure we report is the net. Savings vary by category, by vendor and by practice. Past savings do not predict future savings.
About pass-through. Product, prescription, laboratory, shipping and supply costs are passed through at the price Lumify is charged, with no markup. Lumify does not take title to, hold, dispense or resell prescription product. Ordering and payment are performed as your practice's agent under your management services agreement.
